Tom Brady and Irina Shayk Have Called It Quits After Several Months of Dating

Tom Brady and Irina Shayk are no longer an item. According to TMZ, the 46-year-old retired NFL player and 37-year-old supermodel called it quits after roughly four months of dating. The insider confirmed there was no major drama surrounding the breakup and further clarified that their romance ‘fizzled out’ recently.

It’s something we should’ve seen coming, especially since they haven’t been seen together in public for nearly a month – since mid-September. Speculation of a breakup peaked this week when Brady was photographed hanging out on a yacht in Miami and Shayk was spotted in the streets of New York City. 

Brady was also spotted at Michael Rubin’s Reform Alliance casino night – without Shayk – on Sept. 30 at Atlantic City’s Ocean Casino Resort. He reportedly spent some time with Kim Kardashian and they both bid $2 million on a painting by George Condo – Brady won it, but Condo is making another for Kim.

Tom Brady and Irina Shayk allegedly hit it off at a wedding in Costa Smeralda, Sardinia, Italy in June 2023. Sources close to the situation said there was a spark between the two and even claimed Shayk was throwing herself at Tom – rarely letting him out of his sight and following him during the wedding.

It wasn’t until late-July that they sparked dating rumors. Paparazzi snapped photos of Brady picking Shayk up at the Hotel Bel-Air and driving them to his home in LA on Friday (July 21). She ended up staying the night and wasn’t seen until 9:30 a.m. the next day – when Brady drove her back to the hotel. 

Later that day, the two were at it again. Brady picked Shayk up in his black Rolls-Royce and the two set out on yet another excursion. As the two were sitting at a red light, paparazzi snapped photos of Brady caressing Shayk’s face – all but confirming the two were an item. Unfortunately, the couple is no longer. 

Shayk was Brady’s first public girlfriend since his divorce from Gisele Bündchen – which was filed in October 2022. As for Shayk, this was her third man (she also dated Vito Schnabel, Kanye West, and Leonardo DiCaprio) since breaking things off with Bradley Cooper – whom she shares a child with.

In 2020, Tom Brady bought himself a 55-foot Wajer 55S yacht (which cost $2 million) when he moved to Tampa Bay – it’s the same yacht he (and his teammates) were seen celebrating in after winning Super Bowl LV. By February 2021, he was already wanting more and decided to turn the yacht in for a new one. 

And he sure went all-out with the new one. The seven-time Super Bowl champion upgraded his yacht to a 77-foot Wajer 77 (which cost $6 million) – the same yacht he was photographed on just last week (without Irina Shayk, of course). His day out on the water was well-documented and the subject of a lot of talk. 

For example, Peyton Manning joked about Brady’s expensive lifestyle during an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show this week. “Does he fly Delta to get to the yacht? Is there a direct Delta flight into the Bahamas to get on the yacht,” Peyton asked – wondering if he has ever had to sit in 36F on a Delta flight.

Of course, Tom Brady isn’t going to let his friend’s comments slide, so he took to X to post a response. “I’m sure the temperature was perfect,” Brady said of the 36F seat – alluding to Peyton complaining about it being too cold. “Peyton could never handle life outside the dome…” Brady concluded in his post.
