I Battled My Way Through an Eating Disorder and Finally Got the Second Child I Always Wanted

A mom writes in with her story of motherhood. After having her first child at 17, she and her new husband struggled to conceive for more than a year. Instead, though, she developed an eating disorder. This is the story of how she overcame those hardships and went on to find her happy ending. We reached out to the robust Mamas Uncut Facebook community and asked to hear stories from real moms about their experiences. The good, the bad, and the ugly. I Have Postpartum Depression, and My Medication Isn’t Helping. What Should I Do?

A mom struggling through postpartum depression is worried that the medication prescribed to her isn’t working. She wants to know if other moms have gone through the same situation, and if so, what they did to battle through the depression.
