6 Celebrity Baby Nurseries We Love

Nesting is a natural part of preparing for a baby, including setting up their nursery with all of the items you’ve lovingly picked out ahead of their arrival. Some nurseries stick to a simple design, focusing on the necessary furniture, while others are more elaborate, decked out with over-the-top design elements and décor.

It’s no surprise that many celebrity nurseries fall into the latter category, using rich color palette, one-of-a-kind furniture and elaborate decoration. We’ve chosen a few of our favorite celebrity nurseries below.

The Kardashians

It’s no surprise that the Kardashian baby nurseries are decked out with all the bells and whistles, from chandeliers to pricey custom décor and statement pieces. Kourtney Kardashian decorated daughter Penelope’s room with rose-covered wallpaper and a turquoise beaded chandelier. Sister Kim Kardashian decked out daughter North’s nursery with a Lucite crib, large stuffed animals, and a sheepskin rug. Khloé Kardashian decorated daughter True’s room with a delicate butterfly mobile, a $4,500 crib, and Hermés blanket. Kylie Jenner‘s daughter Stormi had a butterfly motif throughout her nursery, as well as a decked-out closet.

Peta Murgatroyd & Maksim Chmerkovskiy

The Dancing with the Stars couple designed a beautiful nursery for son Shai with the help of Vanessa Antonelli of NessaLee Baby (who also designed Bachelorette couple Ashley Herbert and J.P. Rosenbaum’s baby nursery, natch). Shai’s nursery uses a soft, neutral palette of white, taupe, and gold, creating a calming space for both baby and parents.

Joanna and Chip Gaines

It’s no surprise that the design super-couple created a beautiful space for their youngest son, Crew. The nursey integrates some of the couple’s notable design elements, including neutral tones, clean design, and a touch of nature.

Whitney Port

Whitney worked with Joss & Main to design a gender-neutral nursery for little boy Sonny. The designer chose a Moroccan theme to decorate, adding beautifully-patterned wallpaper, colorful pillows, and a sleek crib, changing table and daybed – perfect for those long nights.

Tori Spelling

The actress decorated her youngest son Beau’s nursery in a mid-century modern vibe, using rich jewel tones to create the space. The Beverly Hills 90210 alum decorated with a variety of elements, including rich green walls, a royal blue rocking chair, gold light fixtures, and a green and gold dresser.

Coco Rocha

The supermodel worked with One Kings Lane to design daughter Ioni’s colorful nursery. The space used a mix of patterns and graphic art to create a modern space. The nursery features a black-and-white checked daybed, mod rocking chair, colorfully patterned pillows, a sheepskin rug and a wall of pop art to complete the space.

Baby nurseries are decorated in all sorts of styles and, like anything, it’s important to choose the one that’s right for you. Even if you’re not going to replicate one of the above nurseries, you to take inspiration from one of the notable design elements they’ve included. Happy decorating!
