That could be changing, however. Eagle-eyed fans spotted a strange hashtag on a recent Instagram post on Duggar’s account that’s since been deleted. Duggar has not commented, but it is a clue that 26-year-old mom might be expecting a new baby.
The Rumours Began After Jinger Posted a Video on Instagram.
The video shows Jinger and her daughter playing “He’s Got the Whole World In His Hands” at the piano. The post was part of a musical challenge for an organization called Swan4Kids. The video itself is adorable and Felicity seems thoroughly impressed with her mom’s piano skills.
The video didn’t give much away, but some of the hashtags in the post’s caption garnered the attention of fans.

A Quickly Deleted Hashtag Referenced Pregnancy.
The hashtag was caught by In Touch and they even ran a story about it. Fans felt vindicated and it fueled even more pregnancy rumors. The hashtag #HealthyFitPregnancy originally appeared on the post.
Curious fans did some digging into the hashtag and found that no one else had used the hashtag on the subject. The fans drew the conclusion that the hashtag had been added by Jinger and not accidentally pasted in.
Jinger’s Excited Fans Wanted Answers.
Fans were shocked by the hashtag as the reality TV star hadn’t announced the news beforehand. “I’m confused by the hashtag. Are you expecting?” one fan commented.
Many more echoed the sentiment. The slip up seemed to validate many fans’ suspicions that Jinger would be having another child soon.

Jinger deleted the hashtag from the post in an attempt to put the rumors to bed. One explanation for the hashtag could be that Jinger had recently looked at it because of her sister. Joy-Anna Duggar recently announced on March 18 that she and Austin Forsyth are expecting a little one.
The mystery of the hashtag aside, we’re happy Jinger shared the video for an organization that provides music lessons to kids with incarcerated parents.
