Kylie Jenner fans finally got the proof they’ve been looking for.
On September 4, while attending a concert together, Jenner and her rumored beau actor Timothée Chalamet put on a public display of affection. Newly released photos show Jenner and Chalamet embracing each other, smiling, and even locking lips at one point.
As Mamas Uncut reported in August, social media users were sent into a frenzy when rumors of a potential breakup between Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet started spiraling around the web on Wednesday (August 2). Early reports suggested that Chalamet was the one who broke it off – leaving Kylie in the dust and her fans absolutely stunned.
Not long after those rumors began, TMZ came forward and told everyone to calm down. Turning to their sources, TMZ confirmed that the rumors were false and that the dynamic duo were still, in fact, dating – even though they haven’t been pictured together in public, that doesn’t necessarily mean they split up.
“Our sources say everything is cool between the two, they’re still an item, and ‘any reports that say otherwise are false,’” TMZ wrote – with another source warning fans ‘not to believe everything you read.’ It’s a good thing someone cleared that up because the internet would’ve crumbled had it been true.

Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet reportedly started dating sometime in April, but some sources suggest they started talking as early as late-January – when they both attended Jean-Paul Gaultier fashion show (separately, not together). Over the next few months, things grew a little more serious.
Not too serious, though. The couple have decided to keep their relationship private (for the most part) and have only been seen together a few times – and even then, we didn’t see much. On April 13, TMZ shared a photo of Kylie’s Range Rover in the driveway of Chalamet’s residence in Beverly Hills, California.
A few days later, her Range Rover was seen picking Chalamet up – her security guard was driving and she was assumed to be in the backseat. The two grabbed some food at Tito’s Tacos and appeared to eat in the back of her SUV before driving off. Even then, sources were adamant that things weren’t serious.
Several days later, a source for Entertainment Tonight confirmed that the two are dating, but are keeping it casual. “It’s not serious, but Kylie is enjoying hanging out with Timothée and seeing where it goes,” the source said. “It’s been really fun for her because it feels a lot different than her past relationships.”
So, Kylie Jenner Didn’t Get Dumped?
Some of you might be wondering how the breakup rumors between Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet started and, well, it all begins with a report by Life & Style. One of their sources spilled the beans, but it appears they were misinformed because other reports were quick to refute what they claimed to be true.
“She’s telling people that things between them naturally fizzled out because they’re both busy and traveling,” the Life & Style insider revealed earlier this morning, before adding that some of her friends believe she might’ve been dumped by Chalamet. Luckily for everyone involved, that’s not really true.
“Kylie is playing it casual, but her friends know this must sting. Timothée was the first guy she really spent time with after splitting from Travis [Scott]. She even introduced him to her family,” the source continued. Just hours later, TMZ and other outlets came forward with sources of their own to help clear things up.
