With baby number three on the way, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are preparing to sell their home for nearly $24 million. The home, which is located in Beverly Hills, went on the market this week.
As E! News reports, the Hollywood couple purchased the home nearly five years ago before their two children, 4-year-old Luna and 2-year-old Miles were born. According to Zillow, the home has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

The couple reportedly purchased the home, where singer Rhianna once lived, for a cool $14 million. Thanks to the updates Teigen and Legend have made over the years and its gorgeous location, the house’s worth has increased. According to Variety, when they purchased the home, there were only five bedrooms.
As Variety reported, Chrissy and John have recently purchased a home in West Hollywood. However, it’s believed that the home will be largely used to film the soon-to-be mom of three’s upcoming cooking show. The famous couple purchased the “cooking show set” for $5.1 million.
In total, the Beverly Hills home is 8,500 sq. ft, but according to Variety, they are now looking for something even bigger as they get closer to being a family of five. Chrissy and John shared the news of baby number three in August after the singer released the music video for his song Wild.
The realtor selling their home on the couple’s behalf, Marshall Peck, shared a handful of stunning photos of the house on his official website. The listing and photos can also be found on Zillow.
