It seems like Josh Duggar might be in some legal trouble again following reports of a raid on the Duggar family home. Rumors have been swirling about a possible raid and it’s hard to know what actually went down.
Since 2015, Josh Duggar has laid low because of multiple allegations of molestation. This lead to the cancelation of the hit reality TV show, 19 Kids and Counting. We’re seeing some conflicting reports on the raid of the Duggar home and will present you with the facts we have.

The FBI initially denied that they were involved.
Radar reached out to Arkansas FBI who were thought to have been conducting investigations into Josh Duggar. A spokesperson for them said that they “did not respond to a Duggar family member’s home or business over the weekend.”
“We were not involved in any kind of law enforcement action,” they explained. “I can confirm we were not there.”
Josh has been the subject of another legal dispute.
This comes after news that Josh was being sued over a property dispute tied to his business.
Now, on top of that, we know that Homeland Security raided Josh’s business.
According to a local NBC news affiliate, KNWA in Arkansas, Homeland Security raided Josh’s business, a car lot.
“I do not dispute the information you’ve obtained. That is the location that we were,” said HSI Spokesperson Bryan Cox, according to the outlet, adding, “I can’t speak to the status of any ongoing investigation. But, I do not dispute that we were present at that specific address.”
The Duggar family released their own statement.
The Duggar family denied the reports and released a statement:
“We were shocked to see a news report today state that our home was raided by federal law enforcement agencies. This is not true.To the best of our knowledge, it’s also not true that any member of our family is the target of any investigation of any kind. Living a life in the public’s eye has taught us that it is best not to reply to every rumor and piece of ‘fake news’ that is circulated online. It would be a full-time job if we attempted to do so.
However, because of tonight’s media coverage we thought it is important to address this rumor with you. Thank you for the love and support that we can always count on in you our fans and friends.”
Amid all of this drama, the family is expecting their 6th child any day now.
Anna Duggar, Josh’s wife is expecting her sixth child any day now. We hope for Anna and her family’s sake that the investigation wraps up soon and it’s put to bed. Whatever happens, we hope the best for the kids.
