Tori Roloff Shares Inspiring Post-Baby Update and Wishes for the New Year

Tori Roloff just had her second child, Lilah. and is looking ahead to 2020. In a new post on Instagram, the star of Little People Big World shared pictures in Lilah’s nursery before and after her birth. The post contains a cheery and positive caption that’s a departure from some others she’s shared recently.

Tori and her husband, Zach Roloff got the best Christmas present ever just six weeks ago when their youngest child was born. It’s amazing how quickly things move with children and we’re so excited to share Tori’s updates with you.

Tori Roloff shared a post in honor of New Year’s Eve, wishing well for her family and her followers.

Tori shared two photos for the New Year. The first photo is of a pregnant Tori. According to Tori, the photo was taken “the day before I went into labor!”

Tori describes that time in the caption for the post, “2019 changed our family forever for the better. Our sweet Lilah girl joined the family and we couldn’t be more in love. I am so thankful for the growth and changes that happened in 2019.”

The second photo is more recent, six weeks after Lilah was born. The caption continues, “I am grateful for my little family. Especially my husband who is leading us into 2020 to make it our best year yet! I am excited to watch Jackson grow and develop into a BOY (he’s like no longer a toddler. He’s a full-on boy and I love every ounce of him)! Happy New Years friends!”

This cheery New Year’s post is just what fans wanted to see. In a previous post from Tori, she discussed postpartum struggles.

Tori had been struggling with her body post-pregnancy. She captioned the cute picture of herself and kids:

“I’m trying really hard to love my postpartum body. It’s only been 3 weeks since growing and then birthing a human being, but it’s hard. Having major abdominal surgery is difficult for me because I hate being restricted. I hate asking for help. I hate not being able to physically keep up with where my mental state is.

Plus there are jiggles in places that are honestly just hard to come to terms with. I know it’s temporary. I know my body will heal and I will be back where I want to be. It’s just the waiting that’s hard. For all those PP mamas out there. Love yourself hard. We all have our days and that’s okay. Our bodies are so insane and I’ve said it before- women are bad ass. I thank God everyday for the family he’s given me. I’ll be here continuing to try and practice what I preach and love myself through this phase.”

It seems like Tori took her own advice to “Love yourself hard. We all have our days and that’s okay.”

Tori has been open about her journey as a mother and we’re excited that she’s looking forward to 2020 in a positive light.

Her son, Jackson and new baby girl look so cute together! We’re glad this growing family has made it through the holidays and is looking to the future.

We’re excited for what 2020 will bring Tori Roloff and her family. Happy New Year!
